Wahine Warriors Freediving Course

Join us for an exciting four-week freediving workshop with former World Champion Kathryn Nevatt! Young wahine will learn freediving techniques, breath-holding physiology, water and buddy safety, and enjoy fun underwater activities.

Course Details:

• Dates: 4 Tuesdays – 15th, 22nd, 29th October & 5th November
• Time: 4:50pm-7:30pm
• Location: Queenstown Events Centre
• Ages: 11-18 (strong water confidence required)

What to Bring:

• Swimwear, towel, mask, snorkel, fins, booties, wetsuit, weight belt (if you have them)

Gear can be provided. A consent and medical form will be required.
