Our Drop‑In space is open Tuesday to Thursday, 3:00 PM–5:30 PM during the school term. We’re located at 4a/15 Red Oaks Drive, Frankton (above Chipmunks). There’s no need to book—youth are welcome to come along whenever they like! Whether they want to grab some food, play games, or just relax, our space is open and welcoming. While Drop‑In runs only during the school term, we also offer holiday programmes, so there are plenty of opportunities to get involved year‑round!

Drop‑In Structure

Our Drop‑In space is a welcoming and flexible environment where youth can relax, connect, and just be themselves. There’s no set structure—young people are free to come and go as they please. They can enjoy food, play games, watch a movie, or join in on an activity (changes each day). Upon arrival, youth sign in on our tablet, and trained youth workers are always on-site to provide support. However, while staff and volunteers are present at all times, we are unable to monitor youth once they leave the premises. This space is all about creating a safe and inclusive environment for youth to unwind, have fun, and build connections.

What We Have Available

Thanks to generous donations from KiwiHarvest and local businesses, we offer daily afternoon tea for young people to enjoy and are welcome to take home to their families. We also provide food parcels to families who could use an extra hand—please contact [email protected] if you or someone you know may benefit from this service.

Our drop‑in space includes:

• Pool table, foosball, and ping pong
• A variety of board games
• Music equipment
• Comfortable seating with bean bags and couches
• A fully equipped kitchen and café‑style area
• Free Wi‑Fi
• Youth Wardrobe stocked with pre‑loved items—youth are welcome to take items free of charge whenever the Loft is open (donations accepted year‑round at WYT HQ)
